Its unique feature is the pair of distinctive orange-yellow sails proudly displaying the name "Valentine's Cruise," ensuring it stands out on its sea voyages. Launched in June 2010, this two-story vessel boasts a compact design with two cabins. While it may not be the largest 5-star Halong cruise, it is perfectly suited for those seeking a cozy and private getaway with their loved ones. Hanoi - Tuan Chau Pier - Halong Bay (B; L; D)

At 8am, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular travel destination in Quảng Ninh Province, Vietnam. The name "Hạ Long" means "descending dragon" in Vietnamese. At 11:45am to 12:00pm, we will board our boat at Tuan Chau Port where you will enjoy a welcome drink and receive a cruise briefing and safety instructions. Passengers will be treated to a delicious deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu Lunch. After lunch, you may choose to book a massage service in advance with your Cruise Manager and enjoy it throughout the cruise. We will then cruise through Halong Bay, passing the most beautiful and serene areas including Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, and Finger Islet. Our next stop is the spectacular Surprise Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt), which is one of the largest and most stunning grottoes in Halong Bay. To reach the mouth of the grotto, we will ascend about a hundred stone steps. After exploring the Surprise Cave, we will depart and sail for approximately 30 minutes to anchor overnight. During this time, guests can attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef. Our chef will demonstrate Fruit and Vegetable carving and show guests how to decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food. Dinner with fresh seafoods will be served in the evening, and after that, guests can enjoy various activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available, as well as massage service throughout the cruise. Everyone can also try their luck at squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew. What time does Halong cruise start / end?

The overnight cruise (2 days/1night ; 3 days/2nights) typically commences between 12:00 pm and 13:00 pm from various ports such as Tuan Chau Port, Bai Chay Sungroup Port, Vinashin Hon Gai Port, Cai Lan, or Ben Beo Port (Cat Ba island). It concludes at the port around 11:00 - 11:30 on the last day, and guests are expected to reach their Hanoi hotel by 15:30 - 16:00 in the afternoon.

For day cruises, there are two time frames:

Morning: 9:00 am - 14:00 pm.
Afternoon: around 12:30 pm - 17:00 pm, with the drop-off time in Hanoi approximately at 20:00.
Note: If you plan to book a flight on the same day, opt for a domestic flight after 17:00 or an international flight after 18:00.

Children policy

Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is allowed for free of charge (FOC) per cabin.
Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
Children from 5 to under 11 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
2 Children under 11 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate
Children from 11 years old; same as adult rate.

Cancellation by customer:

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the Management Board of Halong Bay announces a cancellation, the rules that apply will depend on when the cancellation happens. The specific policies will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation.
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
If your trip changes from 2 nights to 1 night, you'll pay for a 2 days/1 night trip and the services you used. We'll refund the rest to you.
