- Inclement weather, tide levels and operating conditions at sea may force changes in cruise itinerary and schedule at any time. Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be canceled due to rough weather
- Cruise offers fusion cuisine: international, seafood and Vietnamese. Please advise Bhaya Cruises at least one (01) week ahead of departure about any specific food preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
- Port authorities insist on advance registration including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. At check-in, a valid passport is required. Port authority may deny boarding if these conditions are not met
- Wi-Fi available on terrace deck, but note that the internet signal at sea suffers frequent interruption
- Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or Paypal
- The credit card or PayPal payment will be securely processed via the Secured OnePAY Payment Gateway. OnePAY represents MasterCard to provide online payment solution to enterprises in Vietnam
- Cancellations become effective only once the Bhaya Cruises Sales Office receives notification of cancellation in writing
- The cancellation policy shall be applied strictly following the Rate Condition noted during the booking confirmation process
- The maximum occupancy for any cabin or suite is two (2) Adults and one (1) Child under 12 years of age. Additional charges may apply for occupancy by more than two (2) guests per room or suite
- Bhaya Cruises may allow children to stay in the same cabin/suite with their parents either with or without an extra mattress. Our policy is not to charge for children under two (2) years of age. Children aged from three to eleven (3 - 11) sharing a cabin/suite with two adults on an extra mattress will be charged extra, and limited to one additional child per cabin/suite only. Two children under 12 years old and sharing a private cabin/suite are charged 75% of the adult rate. Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate
