- As soon as HANOI VOYAGES has collected your deposit, within 10 days, you will receive our confirmation of your travel reservations, by email.
- If the cancellation occurs between 59 and 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the deposit is kept by HANOI VOYAGES.
- If the cancellation occurs between 44 and 21 days before the start of the trip, 70% of the deposit is retained by HANOI VOYAGES.
- If the cancellation occurs between 20 and 8 days before the start of the trip, 90% of the deposit
- If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the start of the trip, the deposit is retained totally.
