In the morning, departure for Tay Ninh, spiritual centre of Caodaism.
Visit the Great Divine Temple, also called Cao Dai Cathedral, striking in its eclectic architectural styles, and enjoy a walk through its sacred grounds.
In the afternoon, head to one of the most haunting sites of Vietnam's Resistance War Against Imperialism: the Cu Chi Tunnels.

Departure for the lush landscapes of the Mekong Delta.
- Arrival in Ben Tre, one of the Mekong River’s branches. Board a motorized sampan for a peaceful cruise along a natural canal.
- Visit a traditional brick – making workshop, where kilns line the banks of the Ham Luong River.
- Uncover the traditional art of making rice paper.
- Stop at a coconut and ginger candy workshop.
- Enjoy a tasting of fresh tropical fruits from the orchard, along with a cup of fragrant Vietnamese tea.
- Lunch introduces you to a local specialty: the famous "elephant – ear fish".
- After lunch, take a short walk through a peaceful countryside.

Ben Tre – MEKONG DELTA – CRUISE and NIGHT on board
130 km - 3 hours drive
Arrive at Cai Be at noon, welcome aboard, and safety briefing.
Check in to your private cabin.
Enjoy lunch onboard while heading towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang river.
Cruise slips into the Cho Lach canal, a unique opportunity for a glimpse of the very varied life on the banks as well as on the water.
By mid – afternoon, anchor for a visit on shore: past the first tree line, quiet discovery of the peaceful life in the delta's countryside, of rice fields, fruit trees and the welcoming inhabitants, or, at your option, short cycling tour of the surrounding area.
Back to junk for refreshing and enjoying your relaxing time on the sundeck.

Cai Rang Floating Market – End of cruise – Can Tho – HCM City – FLIGHT – HUE
Have breakfast while cruising towards Can Tho.
Transfer to a local boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market.
Visit a small bamboo basket workshop.
Return to the Ninh Kieu pier.
End of services by mid – morning on shore at Can Tho.
After disembarking from the junk, our driver will be waiting to take you back to HCM ville.
Transfer by private car to the Tan Son Nhat Airport in HCM City for the flight to Hue.

Hue – Thuy Bieu Eco Village – Cooking Class
- In the morning, head to the lively dock for a serene boat trip along the Perfume River. As you glide through the calm waters, you’ll arrive at the Thien Mu Pagoda, also known as the Celestial Lady Pagoda.
- Visit the Thien Mu Pagoda. If you wish, you can join the monks in their peaceful morning prayers.
- Next, continue your journey to Thuy Bieu village. Take a leisurely bike ride through the village. Here, you’ll discover the traditional craft of incense making.
- Visit the lively Thuy Bieu market, brimming with colors and scents, where you’ll gather all the ingredients needed for an authentic Vietnamese cooking class. The class will begin with a demonstration, followed by a hands – on lesson where you’ll create your own delicious dishes, which you’ll savor for lunch.
- End the afternoon with a calming foot bath infused with aromatic herbs, followed by a soothing massage.
- Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore at your own pace, allowing the charm of Hue to unfold around you.

Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An : 122 km – 3.5h – 4h drive
The journey to Hoi An takes you along the scenic Mandarin Route, crossing the famous Cloudy Pass.
A detour to Danang will bring you to the Cham Sculpture Museum.
Next, you’ll explore the Marble Mountains, also known as the "Five Hills".
Climb the 156 steps or take an elevator to reach the summit of Thuy Son Mountain, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Marble Mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Take in the breath of fresh air that is the riverside port town of Hoi An. The historic and quaint Hoi An is perfect for exploring :

- Explore the ancient port of Hoi An with a short walk.

Hoi An – Cam Kim – BIKING – Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village – Cooking Class
Far from the hustle and bustle, your delightful day full of fun and learning begins with a bike ride to Cam Kim village.
Cam Kim is also the village where the charming "round basket boat" is crafted, which you'll use for a nautical adventure in the water coconut village of Cam Thanh. This round basket boat, called THUYEN THUNG.
You’ll watch the artisans at work and be amazed at how well it withstands the gentle waves of Hoi An.
Accompanied by your skilled rower, you’ll glide for 30 minutes along the river.
Then, it will be time to “roll up your sleeves” and prepare your lunch with a local family, chosen by us.
This heartwarming encounter with a local family will conclude with a relaxing foot massage using herbs from Hoi An.
You’ll return to your hotel by bike, filled with the joy of an unforgettable day.
