  • Your adventure in Vietnam has started:

    • Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed then privately transferred by a professional driver and an English – speaking guide to your arranged hotel for relaxation.

    In the afternoon, enjoy a one – hour cyclo ride to explore:

    • The charming colonial district with its leafy avenues.
    • Hoan Kiem Lake and its legendary story, along with Ngoc Son Temple.
    • The labyrinth of bustling streets filled with small shops in the famous and fascinating "Old Quarter," including the famous Silk Street (Hang Gai).

    To immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Hanoi, take a walking tour to discover:

    • Walking through the iconic Old Quarter.
    • Colonial architecture, including the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel, the exterior of the Hanoi Opera House, and the State Bank of Vietnam building.

  • Begin your journey by unravelling the Vietnamese culture and history in the Vietnamese capital:

    • Start the day at the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Ba Dinh Square. The visit includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from the outside), Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda.
    • Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temple, beautifully located on a small peninsula beside West Lake, and Quan Thanh Temple situated on the Truc Bach Lake shore.
    • Visit the Temple of Literature.
    • Explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.
    • Grab a Vietnamese coffee while waiting for the train to pass by at the Train Street.

  • Hanoi – Ninh Binh: 100 km – 2.5 h drive

    Leave the bustling streets of Hanoi behind and journey south to Ninh Binh. Tam Coc, nestled in the ancient land of Hoa Lu.

    • Wander through the atmospheric temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties.
    • Board a traditional sampan for a peaceful 2-hour ride along the Ngo Dong River. Glide through the still waters and pass through the mysterious Tam Coc caves.
    • The specialty of Ninh Binh is goat meat and crispy rice.
    • Cycle through the countryside to reach Bich Dong Pagoda. If time allows and you're feeling adventurous, you can climb the stone-carved staircase leading to the pagoda Mua.

  • Tam Coc – Halong: 3.5 – 4 hours drive

    You will be privately transferred from Tam Coc to Halong Bay by a professional driver and an English – speaking guide. Welcome aboard!

    • Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
    • Check in to your private cabin.

  • Wake up early to take a morning exercise with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.

    • Have breakfast in the fresh air.
    • Take a bus to Trung Trang cave
    • Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the harbor while brunch is served.
    • The entire crew will greet you and thank you as you arrive at the port at 11h.
    • Transfer back to Hanoi.

    Return to Hanoi by private car.

    After disembarking from the junk, our driver will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi.

    Transfer by private car with driver to Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue.

    Upon arrival, you will be welcomed then privately transferred to the hotel.

    • At lunchtime, our guide will be happy to take you to one of the best local spots to try Hue's specialties.
    • Take a stroll through the Dong Ba market.
    • In a nearby village, discover the art of incense – making.
    • Visit Thuy Xuan Village. Admire the meticulous craftsmanship behind the iconic "poetry hat".

  • Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An : 122 km – 3.5h – 4h drive

    The journey to Hoi An takes you along the scenic Mandarin Route, crossing the famous Cloudy Pass. 

    A detour to Danang will bring you to the Cham Sculpture Museum.

    Next, you’ll explore the Marble Mountains, also known as the "Five Hills".

    Climb the 156 steps or take an elevator to reach the summit of Thuy Son Mountain, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Marble Mountains and the surrounding countryside. 

    Take in the breath of fresh air that is the riverside port town of Hoi An. The historic and quaint Hoi An is perfect for exploring :

    • A delightful stroll through the old town of Hoi An.
    • Explore the ancient port of Hoi An with a short walk.

    • Step into the pages of Vietnam’s recent history at the Reunification Palace.
    • Visit the War Remnants Museum.
    • The rhythm changes as you head into the heart of Cholon. Here, among the bustle of market stalls and herbal shops, lies the tranquil Thien Hau Pagoda.
    • Explore Binh Tay Market.
    • Experience the energy of Ben Thanh Market.

  • Pick – up from your hotel and transfer by a private car to the Jahan boat’s welcome lounge in HCM City.

    Take a shared bus to My Tho (70 kilometers south of HCM City).

    The Mekong Delta is an exceptionally fertile region, crisscrossed by waterways, canals, and green rice fields forming a checkerboard pattern.

    Enjoy lunch onboard while the adventure along the Mekong River begins.

    Enjoy the golden sunset over the Mekong Delta.

    During dinner, arrive at Tan Phong Island area near Cai Be, where we’ll anchor midstream.

    • Visit a local family and their fruit garden to taste various kinds of tropical fruits.
    • Take a buggy ride through the island to observe the local day to day life as it unfolds
    • Visit another family’s house specializing in weaving of water hyacinth plants into artistic crafts by hand.

    In the afternoon:

    • Move to Sa Dec region and anchor near one of the larger islands in the Mekong known as Binh Thanh. 
    • Walk through the village to witness the traditional mat – making process.
    • Meet a local elderly couple who have spent their entire lives on this island.
    • Before dinner, join the Mekong Delta life presentation as the boat sails to Tan Chau for the night.

  • Wake up early to take a morning exercise with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.

    • After breakfast, embark on an exploration of this area, renowned primarily for its aquaculture.
    • Boarding “xelois” in Tan Chau.

    • Visit Cao Dai temple and meet a priest to learn about their unique beliefs.
    • Visit a local family – operated fish farm to gain insights into managing this unique business.
    • Back to the boat.

    In the afternoon:

    • Continue your journey as the ship ascends the river, crossing into Cambodia and heading towards Phnom Penh.
    • Spend the afternoon relaxing with a spa treatment, relax on the sun deck, unwind on your private balcony, or join a culinary workshop.
    • Listen to the captain share an interesting story about "his" river.
    • The boat docks at Phnom Penh, either mid – stream or at the pier.

  • Welcome to Phnom Penh, once known as the "Paris of the East".

    After breakfast, explore Phnom Penh by bike, and once there, view some of the city’s most fascinating sites :

    • Heading to the resplendent Royal Palace.
    • Survey the serene Silver Pagoda and its magnificent Emerald Buddha.
    • Be educated about the nation’s past at the Museum of Genocidal Crime, which was the S – 21 prison.

    Lunch in town.

    In the afternoon:

    • Visit one of the country's most famous history museums, "Sosoro"
    • Take a leisurely walk in the French Quarter, including the iconic and aptly named monument of Wat Phnom.

    In the evening:

    • Attend an expert lecture in the lounge.
    • Enjoy a barbecue and gala dinner with a traditional Apsara dance performance.
    • After dinner, explore Phnom Penh’s vibrant nightlife or take a walk along the river.

  • Wake up early to take a morning exercise with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.

    • Visit Angkor Ban.
    • Meet monks during their morning class and enjoy friendly conversations with the villagers.

    Back to the boat. The crew will show you a variety of traditional Khmer fashion the local people still wear on special occasions.

    Lunch on board while cruising to Kampong Cham.

    In the afternoon:

    • Explore Kampong Cham.
    • Witness the creation of handmade goods in Cheung Kok.

    Once back onboard, the ship turns around sailing down the Mekong River again to reach our overnight mooring place Prek Bangkong later in the evening.

  • Wake up early to take a morning exercise with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck.

    • Visit Prek Bangkong village, known for its silk – weaving community and former residence of the Royal family.
    • Learn about the intricate silk production process and visit the heritage house of H.E. Sam – El, a former royal architect.

    Back to the boat. Before lunch, the crew offers a presentation about the geography of the Mekong and the Tonle Rivers.

    • Discover another part of rural Cambodian Kampong Tralach countryside.
    • Travel by ox – pulled cart where you can learn about the local NGO school and library project or visit the nearby ancient 300 – year – old temple and Buddha shrine.

    Back to the boat. Enjoy Happy Hour at the bar as we sail into the sunset.

    Later, we moor near Kampong Laeang for the night.

    After dinner, relax with a classic film at the nightly cinema.

    • Arrive at Kampong Laeang, across from the famous pottery town of Kampong Chhnang.
    • Embark on tuk – tuk to explore rural Cambodian life, discover the art of pottery making, and visit a charming pre – A ngkorian temple.
    • Enjoy panoramic views of the floodplains and rice fields (seasonal).

    Back to the boat. The ship enters the vast Tonle Lake.

    Spend the afternoon enjoying the ocean – like views, with onboard entertainment.

    Afterward, sail towards our mooring spot mid – lake, near the entrance to Siem Reap with farewell and party vibes.

    The Tonle Sap (The Great Lake) is the flowing heart of Cambodia, giving love and life to millions of people. This rich ecosystem and UNESCO – designated Biosphere Reserve has more fish than any other lake in the world and is home to an incredible variety of birds, including rare and endangered feathered life.

    After disembarking from the junk, take a local boat to the shore, passing a vast floating community.

  • After having breakfast, head to Phnom Kulen.

    Stroll through the forest to discover Kbal Spean, the River of a Thousand Lingas. Go further, you will see beautiful waterfalls where you can immerse yourself in the fresh water and swim.

    Visit Banteay Srei (Hindu, 10th century), also called "The Citadel of Women".

    On the way back to Siem Reap, explore Banteay Samre, a flat Hindu temple from the 12th century dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva.
