At the moment, numerous airlines fly through Thailand.

Flight prices in Thailand can vary greatly depending on factors such as the route, airline, booking time, travel season, and class of service.

The cost of food

Thailand is truly a foodie’s paradise. As a result, the food is reasonably priced.

The cost of food in Thailand can vary greatly depending on where you eat, the type of Thai cuisine.

  • Street food: Full meals can be purchased for as little as 35 Baht (1 USD).

  • Local restaurants: A full meal in one of these restaurants can cost between 40 and 100 Baht, which is roughly 2-4 USD.

  • Fancy restaurants: A full meal in a super high-quality restaurant can cost a few hundred Baht, and it is rare to find something that costs over 30 USD.

The cost of accommodation

The cost of accommodation in Thailand can vary widely based on factors such as location, type of accommodation, quality, and the time of year you're visiting.

Hostels and guesthouses offer some of the most affordable options.

Mid-range hotels and resorts provide more comfort and amenities. Prices typically range from 800 to 2500 THB per night, depending on the location and quality.

What to pack for a 3-week in Thailand itinerary?

First time to Thailand and you don't know what to bring for your 3 week trip in Thailand? Don't worry, I'll give you tips and you won't miss a thing.

Proper clothing for temples and palaces

You've planned at least one temple visit in Thailand, so dress appropriately. Both men and women are required to wear sleeved clothing to the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. Cover your shoulders, ankles, and midriff. Men must wear long trousers, and women must wear long trousers or long skirts. Tight pants and flip-flops are also not permitted.

Tissue and wet wipes

Some sad truths about Thai toilets: toilet paper and soap aren't always available. While tissue paper is more commonly available, getting both tissue and wet wipes is a surefire way to maintain good hygiene.

Sun protection

The sun is unmistakably bright. Put a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen on your packing list for Thailand.

Insect repellent

Thailand is tropical and rainy so you should bring insect repellent, especially mosquito repellent.

You'll want to pack mosquito repellent for Thailand, ideally a variety of defence mechanisms.

Water bottle

In Thailand, you can refill water bottles with filtered water for a few cents, so bring your own water bottle and fill it up as you go to save money. You'll also help to reduce the number of plastic bottles that wash up on Thailand's beautiful beaches.

Embark on an unforgettable journey through Thailand with this 3-week itinerary, from bustling cities and ancient temples to serene islands and lush jungles. Experience cultural highlights in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, relax on tropical beaches in the south, and uncover hidden gems along the way. Plan your perfect adventure with Hanoi Voyages for a seamless and enriching experience.
